We provide FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on almost all orders. This policy outlines all delivery options, costs, and important information about receiving your order.

GlobalChoice reserves the right to adjust free shipping thresholds in specific events or circumstances. The applicable thresholds will be clearly shown before you submit your order.

Please note: As your order may be handed over to local carriers for the final leg of delivery, tracking may not be available at every stage of the journey.

Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address before placing your order. GlobalChoice cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.

3. Order Processing & Shipping Times

When Will My Order Arrive?

After your order has been successfully paid and confirmed, the estimated delivery time and shipping cost will be shown on your order confirmation page. You will also receive an order confirmation message outlining the processing time.

Orders typically take 1–3 days to process before dispatch.
You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
A shipment notification will include the estimated delivery time for each package.
Your tracking number will be provided as soon as it is available.
You can view delivery information under each package in your order history.

In most cases, your order will arrive within the stated delivery window. However, actual delivery dates may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, or other external factors. Please refer to your tracking information for the most up-to-date delivery date.

5. Delivery Issues

Package Not Received?

If your package has not been delivered, or your tracking information shows it has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service team immediately and within 90 days of the order date.
